  • Investigate access-related issues by identifying patterns, behaviors, and root causes across source systems and identity governance platforms.
  • Compare disparate data sets using standardized templates and analytical approaches to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of analysis performed, issues identified, and remediation actions taken.
  • Develop concise status updates and findings presentations for stakeholders using PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with application owners, security teams, auditors, and governance stakeholders to improve access management processes and reporting designs.
  • Provide candid, objective feedback when processes, controls, or data quality concerns are identified.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation activities.
  • Experience performing data validation, completeness and accuracy reviews, and structured data comparisons.
Analytical & Business Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate unfamiliar systems and identify patterns, behaviors, and root causes using analytical and heuristic techniques.
  • Experience applying audit-style methodologies to evaluate complex data sets and operational processes.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to recognize anomalies and challenge assumptions.
  • Ability to independently track work, document findings, and communicate progress and issues in a timely manner.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated learner with a desire to understand how systems operate and how processes can be improved.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
  • Experience using ServiceNow reporting capabilities to locate and analyze audit trail or request item records.
  • Experience using Power Query in Excel for data transformation and automation.
