Herschend Family Entertainment(HFE)is seeking a TechnologyFinance &Project Coordinatortosupport theday-to-daybusiness,financial, and administrativeoperationsof the TechnologySolutionsGroup (TSG). This role helps TSGoperateefficiently by managingpurchase orders and invoices,supportingP&L and budget processes, coordinatingcapitalexpenseplanning,assistingwithtechnologyprojects, and providingadministrative supportto senior technology leaders.Theideal candidate bringsexecutive presence,budget managementexperience,strong communicationskills,attention to detail,andthe ability to manage multiplepriorities in adynamicenvironment.

Thisfull-timeroleinourPropertySupportCenteris locatedinPeachtree Corners, Georgia,andreports to theVice President of Business TechnologySolutions.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate technology projects, as assigned, by tracking tasks, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups.
  • Support project budget management andpurchasing, including vendor setup, purchase orders, invoice processing, and spend tracking.
  • Create Project Expense Requests (PERs) for capital projects and manage the close-out process for technology PERs, as needed.
  • Track technologypurchasingagainst budget,submitaccruals, and participate inregularP&L reviews with Finance and TSG leadership.
  • Manage the annual TSG forecast and budget submission process by coordinating across teams, analyzing budget changes, and reviewing recommendations with TSG leadership.
  • Coordinate TSG capital planning with the CIO and TSG leadership.
  • Submit capital labor reports toFinanceeach period.
  • Coordinate the annual fixed assets review for Finance.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support for the VP and CIO, including meeting coordination,purchasecardexpenseprocessing, expense report preparation, and adhocsmall projects.
  • Support TSG administrative operations, including onboarding and offboarding, org chart updates, team event coordination, company credit card approvals, and expense report submissions.
  • Manage the annual safety documentation process for TSG.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree with 1-3 years of project coordination, project management, and/orfinancial managementexperience;commensuraterelevant experience may satisfy the education requirement.
  • Financial managementskillsrequired, including experience understanding a P&L, working with detailed schedules, and creating and managing budgets.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office suite(Teams,Excel,Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skillsrequired.
  • Proactive, positive self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively while managing confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong planning, administrative, organizational, and time management skills, withdemonstratedattention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to drive progress, be appropriately assertive when needed, andmaintainstrong cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with corporate, property, vendor, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience planning and coordinating meetings,trainings, and technical workshops.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively amid changing priorities driven by business seasonality.
  • Theme parkand/or hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10%, primarily to support planned technology solutions rollouts at operating property locations.
  • Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
