Park Manager duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Hire, motivate and train 20+ Team Members.
- Understand, follow, improve and enforce all safety guidelines.
- Serve all guests and Team Members in a positive way per Just Jump standards, bring all complaints or concerns to a resolution that is best for all.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance is completed.
- Lead team in maintaining a clean facility by understanding, delegating and inspecting all cleaning tasks.
- Supervise staff time, attendance and productive to meet customer demand and business needs.
- Create and communicate a weekly employee schedule.
- Manage cash in a secure, thorough and accurate manner.
- Track and manage inventory.
