Reservations and Customer Care is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and high-performing individual for the role of Project Leader, Resource Planning and Optimization, to lead the development of fastpaced staffing insights to inform business decisions across the division. This role demands a leader with executive presence, capable of navigating a high-paced environment with a curious mindset. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your expertise to develop actionable insights that drive improvements in staffing optimization, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate complex data succinctly and effectively will be crucial in influencing cross-divisional teams, external partners and senior leadership.

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities):

  • Collaborates with all levels cross-divisionally to accelerate staffing optimization initiatives, improve productivity and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Designs queries and models leveraging staffing data along with divisional performance data to provide advanced analytical support and opportunity identification to improve operational outcomes.
  • Generates insights without leadership instructions and often little to no guidance or direction.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in Res data analytics, WFM data and guiding the team in best practices and innovative approaches. Show comfort in dealing with complex and diverse data sets, ensuring accurate and insightful analysis.
  • Applies experience in forecasting and analysis to predict staffing trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Effectively communicates complex strategies and subject specific terms to leaders without familiarity.
  • Exhibits leadership by influencing and guiding cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Thrives in a high-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities under short deadlines.
