• Lead the full project management lifecycle for a high volume of creative projects, applying traditional project models to ensure successful initiation, execution, and closing.
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing detailed timelines, resource mapping, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the central hub for routing and trafficking creative work products between Creative Services and internal client teams.
• Administer critical team logistics, including meeting cadences, precise documentation of minutes, and diligent follow-up on action items.
• Foster collaboration across departments, managing the expectations of internal customers, creative teams, and external vendors.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or team conflicts, resolving issues through open communication and alignment with overarching project goals.
• Define and oversee project measures of success, ensuring all deliverables adhere to industry standards and organizational policies.
