Program Delivery Manager Marketing

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Program Delivery Manager Marketing for a consultant opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide marketing, brand, communications, and merger integration programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and the overall integration strategy.
  • Manage large-scale initiatives associated with bank mergers and acquisitions, including brand conversion, client communications, website and digital channel updates, signage, marketing materials, and customer-facing communications.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance structures across merger and enterprise initiatives.
  • Monitor program performance, milestones, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery, effective execution, and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide status reporting, identify risks and issues, facilitate decision-making, and drive alignment across merger-related initiatives.
  • Work in an environment where frameworks, methodologies, and operating models may evolve based on regulatory requirements, merger integration needs, organizational changes, or efficiency objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs and bank merger or acquisition integrations, preferably within a financial services environment.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide initiatives in fast-paced, highly regulated, and continuously evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing merger-related branding, communications, digital channels, websites, signage, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing communications, digital channels, client communications, and customer experience within a banking environment.
  • Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders through complex merger integration timelines.
