Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Tucker, GA. The Account Manager will be supporting Exhibitus’ Sales Team with existing and new accounts. Account Managers work with the company's clients to ensure that the clients' business needs are met on time and in a satisfactory manner. This involves analyzing the client's business operations and determining goals and the best way to meet them.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales support – preparing budgets and quotations on products and/or services
  • Communicating with sales amp; design department to insure that project in production meets conceptual vision and client expectations. Communications with clients, relating to details, will be required.
  • Distribution and clarification of work orders to production.
  • Estimating costs for projects and assisting AEs with wording for proposals.
  • Daily communication with production relative to project details and changes as they arise.
  • Initiate and lead weekly project specific meetings, communicate results to all affected team members.
  • With the assistance of logistics department, develop crate content list and shipping manifest.
  • With the assistance of detailing department, create set-up package for on-site managers.
  • Initiate and lead post event meeting; thorough review of what happened, full accounting report of all associated costs and variances, publish findings to all team members with emphasis on improvements in processes and procedures that can be applied to future projects. Objective is to increase efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability for Exhibitus.
  • Show service estimates, show form completion, show service subcontractors, reconciliation of project expenses,
  • Shipping documents and orchestration
  • You must be swift in resolving issues
  • Assisting in the training and development of new team members when necessary
  • Travel may be required to support the sales team and/or clients at shows
  • Furthermore, we expect you to contribute significantly in all areas of the company as a valued member of our team.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
