Job Description

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Conducts sales calls, asks probing questions, recommends appropriate coaches to clients based on the information attained, and closes transaction with proper follow up to the client.
  • Researches and understands relevant markets, trends, and new customer acquisition opportunities
  • Conducts monthly reviews of Sales Performance, with turnkey solution to grow new business pipeline
  • Manages schedule of students and coaches
  • Operates our internal software: Class Juggler and Humanity
  • Provides excellent customer service while ensuring proper completion of paperwork, student sign-in and proper security procedures.
  • Maintains and updates clients records including but not limited to billing
  • Keeps up with coaches completed sessions for billing
  • Prepares daily status reports and monthly financial data
  • Researches local advertising opportunities for TSS i.e: festivals, events, schools, churches, outreaches, fundraisers, businesses, agencies, and entertainment/management companies.
  • Inventory toiletries; break room supplies, printing supplies etc...
  • Sends out status notes to coaches
  • Updates "Events" calendar of yearly community, school and church for TSS to
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Sales/Marketing (B.A.) from a four year college or university is preferred but not required.

Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills. 

Proven negotiation and analytical skills with professional business acumen.

Ability to build strong business relationships.

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community, utilizing such as opportunities for business development.
