We provide custom-built artist trailers, wardrobe units, and RV vehicles for high-profile events, including concerts, photoshoots, festivals, and more. Our services are known for quality and attention to detail, ensuring the best experience for our clients.
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Handyman & Cleaner to join our team. This position requires a combination of cleaning, maintenance, and repair work. The role will also involve assisting the owner with RV vehicle renovations and ensuring all RV vehicles are in pristine condition before and after events. Additionally, the role includes cleaning and performing repairs to the office and building areas. Other tasks may be assigned as needed for the company and are not limited to those outlined here.
Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Detailing: 
  • Clean and detail RV vehicles before and after they wrap production. 
  • Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and ready for the next event or photoshoot. 
  • Wash exterior of RV vehicles. 

Handyman & Maintenance: 
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on the RV vehicles and other equipment. 
  • Assist with renovations and custom builds of RV vehicles as directed by the owner. 
  • Handle general maintenance tasks for the office and building. 
  • Perform repairs and maintenance to the office and building areas as needed. 

Office & Building Cleaning: 
  • Clean and maintain the office and building areas, ensuring they are tidy and organized. 
  • Perform general cleaning duties in these spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining overall cleanliness. 

Landscaping & Groundskeeping: 
  • Perform routine landscaping tasks to maintain a neat and tidy property. 
  • Ensure the premises are clean, including outdoor areas. 

Equipment Handling: 
  • Loading and unloading equipment for events, photoshoots, and festivals. 
  • Maintain an organized inventory of equipment and supplies. 

Additional Tasks: 
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed for the company. These are not limited to the responsibilities listed above. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a handyman and cleaning position is preferred. 
  • Ability to perform repairs (plumbing, carpentry). 
  • Attention to detail, especially when cleaning and prepping RV vehicles for events. 
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. 
  • Positive attitude and supportive approach to teamwork.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical tasks. 
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. 
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. 
  • Ability to clean and perform repairs on the office and building areas as required.
