How You Will Create the Extraordinary:
  • Safeguards company assets.
  • Adheres to compliance of all Gaming regulations and any other governing agencies where applicable.
  • Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift.
  • Provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner.
  • Creates teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions.
  • Balances all money transactions and paperwork.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED is required. 2 years money handling experience, 1 year cage experience a plus. A proven proficiency with computers, with some knowledge of computer keyboard, is required. Must be able to enter data, read, and interpret output from a computer. Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be willing to learn all phases of Cage activity. Must have good math skills. Must have excellent guest and human relations skills. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must read write and speak English.
Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned area. Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate equipment Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to tolerate areas containing but not limited to second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. Must be able to lift, carry, and/or push up to 50 pounds. Must be able to rack and stack chips. Must be able to learn and follow strictly Title 31and other gaming regulations. Ability to work from standing position for extended periods of time. Dexterity in hands and fingers. Ability to perform reaching motions repeatedly, visual and auditory abilities. Ability to read, write and perform basic math equations. Good customer service skills.
