Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise data architecture solutions supporting Business Intelligence, Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Warehouse initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise data architecture, dimensional data modeling, data integration, and database design while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Management solutions.
  • Develop scalable Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Mart, and Operational Data Store (ODS) architectures.
  • Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Create logical and physical data models using dimensional modeling techniques including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
  • Architect database solutions utilizing both OLTP and OLAP technologies.
  • Lead enterprise data architecture, data migration, and data integration initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and define data solutions.
  • Conduct design workshops, architecture reviews, prototype sessions, testing, and user training.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, and data standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Enterprise Data Management initiatives.
  • Design dashboards, reporting solutions, and business metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, scalability, and performance across enterprise platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, or Enterprise Data Management.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data architecture solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
