Job Overview:

Pay Range: $52/hr - $57/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Governance.
  • 1+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management.
  • 1+ years of experience in ERP Data Knowledge.
  • 1+ years of experience in Application Data Coordination.
  • 1+ years of experience in Data Request Management.
  • 1+ years of experience in Cutover and Integration Planning.
  • 1+ years of experience in Data Domain Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point person for coordinating FSD integration data requests across IT, ERP teams, application owners, business SMEs, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and track hundreds of data requests across transactional, source-system, ERP, master, reference, and application data domains.
  • Partner with the IT leader, ERP leaders, and application owners to prioritize data needs based on integration milestones, application readiness, testing, cutover timing, and business criticality.
  • Establish structure around data request intake, ownership, prioritization, validation, escalation, approval, and closure.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of data requests, owners, systems of record, source systems, dependencies, risks, decisions, due dates, and cutover impacts.
  • Coordinate with domain owners and application teams to clarify what data is required, where it resides, who owns it, how it will be extracted, and when it is needed.
  • Drive alignment across ERP and enterprise platforms, including JDE, SAP, S/4 HANA, Oracle PLM, Product Compliance, Ariba, procurement, supplier, manufacturing, commercial, quality, regulatory, and downstream application data sources.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate, overlapping, incomplete, or unclear data requests.
  • Escalate risks related to missing data, unclear ownership, timing conflicts, incomplete metadata, validation delays, extract issues, and application readiness impacts.
  • Facilitate working sessions with IT, ERP teams, application owners, business SMEs, and data teams to keep data activities moving.
  • Prepare concise status updates, dashboards, risk summaries, and decision points for IT leadership, ERP leadership, and application owners.
