Enrollment Representative - Medicare Advantage (Healthcare Administration)
Location: Orange, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: $21/hour
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting members through the healthcare enrollment process? We are seeking Enrollment Representatives to join a growing healthcare organization focused on improving care and services for Medicare Advantage members.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare administration, insurance enrollment, data entry, or customer support who enjoys working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Accurately enter, review, and update Medicare Advantage enrollment applications
  • Verify applicant eligibility while ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
  • Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation
  • Process plan changes, denials, and special election requests as needed
  • Identify and escalate enrollment discrepancies or errors following compliance procedures
  • Perform quality checks on your own work to maintain accuracy standards
  • Respond to questions from agents, brokers, and internal teams regarding enrollment status
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to obtain missing information or resolve application issues
  • Track productivity, turnaround times, and accuracy metrics

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of data entry, administrative, healthcare, insurance, or office experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Role Details:
Location: Orange, CA (On-site)
Training: 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs, including extended weekday hours and occasional Saturdays
