Mandatory Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, or similar technical coordination role. Aerospace domain experience is required.
• Proven ability to organize and manage technical data across multiple projects
• Strong experience aligning schedules and coordinating tasks across cross functional engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer interfacing skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience in engineering project management, preferably in a regulated industry such as aerospace

Primary Responsibilities
• Organize, track, and maintain technical data, including requirements, specifications, drawings, change documentation, and project deliverables
• Develop, maintain, and align project schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines
• Drive cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of engineering tasks and resolution of technical issues
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program stakeholders
• Support project planning, risk identification, and mitigation activities
• Coordinate design reviews, technical reviews, and project status meetings
• Track action items, technical decisions, and deliverables to closure
• Support configuration management and change control processes
• Prepare and present clear project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Update status reports, present project status to customers, and work with LTTS project management to ensure productive and consistent customer communication.
• Understand and adhere to all export control regulations.
• Travel locally onsite to the customer facility several days per week as needed, and comply with all customer site requirements.
This is considered an onsite working position, meaning this role will require working from our office in Hartford, and/or the customer facility in East Hartford, Connecticut daily. There is potential for a hybrid working arrangement but is not guaranteed with this position.
