Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager/ Senior Product Manager serves as the central orchestrator of digital launch execution and ongoing marketing operations for all first party assets for assigned brand(s) in the U.S. This role functions as the single point of accountability for assigned responsibilities including digital marketing delivery and translating brand strategy into a coordinated, compliant, and measurable digital ecosystem.
The individual will execute the integrated digital strategy and roadmap for assigned responsibilities, partnering across Brand, Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), Omnichannel, IT, agencies, and external vendors to ensure that all assigned digital initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to commercial objectives. The role blends strategic planning, product ownership, operational excellence, and stakeholder influence without direct authority.
This position requires a versatile collaborator who can operate equally well in strategy discussions, launch planning, and day-to-day execution while enabling adoption of new capabilities such as personalization, AI-enabled engagement, and omnichannel optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partners with Marketing leadership and Analytics and Insights team to help shape and execute digital tactical plans.
  • Leads the development and implementation of digital and omnichannel tactical plans for our marketed product and relevant disease state education for all indications.
  • Working with the Associate Director, Digital Marketing, identify and evaluate current and emerging digital opportunities (e.g., AI, personalization, omnichannel optimization) to enhance tactical effectiveness, brand recall and brand positioning.
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to support business goals Ensures appropriate metrics are in place to measure impact of tactics in market.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including performance management, contracting support, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional teams (medical, legal, regulatory) to successfully steer projects through the promotional review process.
  • Manage project finances and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvement.
  • Lead and manage agency partners to ensure on budget and on time deliverables.
  • Sets priorities to align with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or related experience.
  • Experience with engagement tactics and interpreting engagement data.
  • Experience with HCP awareness & growth digital campaigns.
  • Project Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated fluency in articulating complex scientific concepts and data.
  • Requires high sense of urgency with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Digital Marketing experience outside of the pharma/bio preferred.
  • Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.
  • Boxed Warning product experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the laws, regulations and rules governing the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Requires travel, including weekend travel, up to 20%.

The expected salary range for this position based on greater Boston, MA location is $114,240-147,900. Actual salary pay will be based on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
