Position Overview:
The Manager, Commercialization Operations is a key member of the Commercialization Operations team, helping drive and shape PharmaEssentia’s future. This role supports operational growth, innovation, and engagement initiatives across the organization. Success in this position requires a resourceful, self-motivated approach and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review in Veeva PromoMats for corporate, brand and market access.
• Reinforce operating procedures and lead all review meetings.
• Develop and deliver training for new Veeva PromoMats users.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Marketing leadership to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed, evaluated, and consistently communicated across the U.S. organization.
• Lead daily and weekly cross-functional meetings for PEC U.S. corporate.
• Manage, coordinate, and communicate timelines for all review projects.
• Ensure references and legacy materials are uploaded, stored, and retired efficiently.
• Identify, promote, and communicate process improvements and best practices to increase throughput efficiency.
• Serve as launch lead for Day One material planning, approval, and execution.
• Provide cross-functional support for all launch readiness initiatives.
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives, including launch meeting agendas, materials, market research, and workshops.
• Own the Veeva Digital Events (VDE) platform, including enhancements, roadmap planning, and capacity management.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for VDE and PromoMats updates and manage related suppliers, service-level agreements, and budgets.

Education: BA/BS degree
Qualifications and Experience:
• 1+ year of Veeva PromoMats administration experience.
• 1+ year of experience in the life sciences or biotech industry.
• 1+ year of experience in field and/or marketing operations.
• Strong cross-functional meeting leadership skills, with close attention to detail and a deep understanding of PEC SOPs, FDA promotional regulations, content under review, and related Veeva PromoMats materials.
• Agile and flexible, while maintaining high standards in process administration.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
• Strong desire to lead, learn, and build a long-term career in life sciences or biotechnology.
 

The expected salary range for this position based on greater Boston, MA location is $114,240 - 147,900. Actual salary pay will be based on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
