  • Join a company recognized for innovation, sustainability, building technology, and energy services leadership.
  • Build a career path that can lead to Executive Project Developer, Team Leader, Preconstruction Leader, Business Leader, or broader Energy Services leadership roles.

Successful Senior Project Developers are natural project leaders who enjoy bringing people, information, and ideas together to solve problems. They can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, evaluate technical and financial tradeoffs, and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders at every level of an organization.
