JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager JOB LOCATION: Hybrid in Springfield, MA WAGE RANGE*: 75 - 82/ W2 JOB NUMBER: 37330621 JOB DESCRIPTION The SAP Finance Technology Team, a division within Financial's Corporate Technology organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT project management, including experience with resource staffing, budgeting, and project delivery. As a key member of the Corporate Technology Team with a focus on Finance Technology, you will participate in a globally operated team that drives innovation and excellence across various areas of expertise.

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in high-impact Corporate Technology Finance Initiatives, aligning projects with organizational objectives and ensuring meaningful outcomes. The position offers opportunities to collaborate closely with Corporate Technology leadership and CFO stakeholders. The team values collaboration, innovation, and a shared dedication to excellence.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of accountability for business sponsors and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation, and reporting of medium to large projects and/or small to medium programs. These projects often vary in scope, complexity, and risk, supporting Finance business unit or corporate goals ranging from basic to moderately complex.

Projects and programs typically span multiple IT and business areas and may run concurrently or overlap. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring project tasks and controls throughout planning and delivery to ensure that goals for timeliness, quality, scope, and budget are achieved. · Work independently and apply advanced project and program management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
