About the Position: GPTech is seeking an Energy Manager to support facility energy management activities, including utility data management and reporting, energy meter data analysis, energy program management, technical advice and support for energy management and building automation projects, and training. Responsibilities: Provide quality control, auditing and analysis/reporting related to utility bills Manage and analyze energy meter data to benchmark building performance and to support the development of operational efficiency improvements Provide technical and program management support to assist with the preparation of Air Force, DOD, and other Federal energy reporting requirements Provide technical support related to building automation systems and energy management control systems Provide technical support and training to federal staff Engaging in client meetings relevant to assigned work scope

Developing targeted communications and detailed reports (white papers, fact sheets, research summaries, briefings, technical analyses, data analysis presentations) on recommended investments and decisions Staying current on industry developments in relevant technologies and business practices. Providing project management support including coordination with GPTech Practice Area leads and Finance and Administration to fulfill corporate project management and contract management requirements Minimum Qualifications: U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a background investigation Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a closely related field

Minimum of 5 years of professional facility energy management experience Active Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) credential from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Professional writing and verbal skills Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, Trane TRACE) and spreadsheet-based engineering calculations. Proficiency with software tools for research, analysis, reporting, communications, and collaboration Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will also have some of the following: Professional Engineer license or Engineer in Training (EIT) LEED AP or similar certification Active U.S
