What is an IT Project Manager PMP?

An IT Project Manager PMP is a professional who oversees and manages technology-related projects within an organization and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The PMP certification, granted by the Project Management Institute (PMI), demonstrates that the manager has proven knowledge, experience, and skills in leading and directing projects. IT Project Managers with PMP certification are responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects while ensuring they meet objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. Their expertise helps organizations manage risks, allocate resources efficiently, and achieve successful project outcomes.

How does an IT Project Manager with PMP certification typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during a project lifecycle?

An IT Project Manager with a PMP certification plays a central role in facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, such as developers, business analysts, QA testers, and stakeholders.
