Our team serves prestigious Healthcare, Higher Education, and public institutions in the tristate area.

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end project management and will bring exceptional planning, risk assessment, and communication skills to the role. This position requires an individual who can develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines and resources, anticipate and mitigate risks, and oversee stakeholder engagement to drive project success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, providing strategic direction and ensuring successful project completion within the established scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan of action, including detailed schedules, resource allocations, and work plans tailored to meet project milestones.
  • Assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, establishing contingency plans to proactively address challenges and ensure project continuity.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining open lines of communication to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure each team member contributes effectively to project objectives and deadlines.
  • Forecast project costs and oversee budget management, monitoring expenses closely to ensure financial adherence and projecting future resource needs.
  • Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and protecting both client and company interests.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, establishing clear agendas and action items, and encouraging collaboration to drive timely issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including developing phasing plans that account for client and end-user needs.
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive project reports for clients, maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure compliance and support informed decision-making.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong project planning, risk assessment, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach to decision-making.
