Senior Engineering Project Manager
The Senior Engineering Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful development and implementation of engineering projects across the HelloFresh network. They will have the technical aptitude to challenge the Engineering team and the ability to influence without authority to negotiate with our partners to bring our projects to fruition.

  • Lead internal multidisciplinary teams to execute against assigned projects.
  • Execute projects with demanding schedules and aggressive cost targets often with changing requirements. Routinely assess project risks and identify alternative paths to offset risks.
  • Mentor more junior project managers in complex system integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional project prioritization workflow and scoping program, providing guidance to all stakeholders, facilitating the implementation of the project pipeline.
  • Complete activities to support near and long-term business strategies, such as identification of new technologies that can provide meaningful benefits, capital project justifications and oversight, and championing changes that drive measurable operational improvements.
  • Provide overall leadership and management to any assigned teams - ensuring key competencies are identified, developed, and maintained through internal talent or use of external resources.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain the project management process for the engineering organization and ensure project management best practices are followed.
  • Oversee and manage material handling equipment and warehouse projects. Serve as liaison between vendors and HelloFresh's engineering team, maintenance, operations and HelloFresh's technology group.

  • Experience with automated or semi-automated equipment implementation and/or optimization.
  • Extensive experience with Google Workspace.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Experience with JIRA desired.
  • PMP certification desired.
