What this job involves:

This position supports Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities by coordinating programs and projects for JLL's engineering services team while collaborating with the client, facilities engineering managers, facility managers, and regional engineering manager. You will combine administrative coordination with technical program support to ensure efficient facility operations and maintenance while participating as member of Engineering Services Team with tactical planning for team goals and objectives and completion of day-to-day workload. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by supporting base building equipment through its asset life cycle, maintaining project schedules and associated documentation, and ensuring all JLL Engineering Standards are implemented and compliant for each site within the portfolio, maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless engineering program coordination and technical support.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Participate as member of Engineering Services Team with tactical planning for team goals and objectives and completion of day-to-day workload
  • Support base building equipment through its asset life cycle including tracking in CMMS, disposal and making recommendations for replacement as needed
  • Maintain project schedules and associated documentation while identifying project risks
  • Ensure all JLL Engineering Standards are implemented and compliant for each site within the portfolio under guidance of Engineering Services Manager
  • Initiate and run projects as outlined in team's annual goals in support of Engineering Services manager
  • Manage and maintain site as-built documentation while supporting Facilities Management and Engineering teams in new site launch and major TI projects
  • Facilitate coordination meetings between MEP disciplines, structural engineers, and architects as required
  • Support individual program processes including Asset Life Cycle & Reliability, CapEx, D&C Closeout & Commissioning, and Asset Gathering
  • Partner with Engineering Services Manager and other Project Managers on new builds ensuring consistency to basis of design
  • Support scheduled planned outages through MOP/JHA review and approval.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in facilities management, engineering, building systems, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Must be proficient in Excel Spreadsheets with capability of customizing administrative reports
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and multitask without direct supervision
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying gaps and risks in program development
  • Self-motivated critical thinker who can effectively work cross-functionally with multiple disciplines and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
  • Ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience communicating effectively with leaders regarding program scope, schedule, and budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in building systems
  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing background
  • 1-3 years of program management or facilities experience
  • Experience working within Corrigo or other CMMS/Automated Work Order systems
  • Experience reviewing and improving Corrigo MEP Assets & Preventative Maintenance Programs
  • Background assisting Engineering Services manager in development of operating budget plans, analysis, and reporting including budget variance explanation
  • Understanding of using data trends to identify potential system problems and working with teams on solutions
  • Experience working with Operating Engineering and Facilities Management teams to support warranty program
  • Knowledge of working with construction team to ensure project closeout documentation is complete, correct and submitted timely.

Estimated compensation for this position:

95,600.00 - 138,700.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
