Job description

Job Title:Senior Program Manager
Location:Portland, OR
Clearance: Secret
Salary:Negotiable
We're seeking a Senior Program Manager or Engineer to support U.S. Navy ship programs as an HM&E Hull Manager for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) platform. This role works directly with Navy stakeholders on ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 10-15 years supporting DoD programs/projects
  • Experience in program management, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, risk, or performance reporting
  • 10+ years in engineering or technical roles
Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support to PMS 321 as an HM&E Hull Manager
  • Support ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning
  • Coordinate with fleet, engineering, and maintenance organizations
  • Assist with engineering reviews, ship checks, and investigations
  • Track ship issues and support technical resolutions
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and executive summaries
  • Support work-package closeout and end-of-availability activities
