Summary of Position:

A Program Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aerospace manufacturing or engineering programs, ensuring all technical, financial, and schedule commitments are met for both internal stakeholders and external customers. This role serves as the central integrator across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance, driving program performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager ensures alignment to contractual requirements, manages program budgets and timelines, oversees change control, and supports strategic decisionmaking throughout the product

Essential Functions:

Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers.

  • Develop and maintain program timelines.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-offs.
  • Initiate, monitor and communicate project issues both internally and externally.
  • Project logistics coordination.
  • Primary responsibility for project document and data control.
  • Single point contact with all assigned customers.
  • Participate in daily scheduling meetings.
  • Change control management- financial and document/data.
  • Reporting of project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team.
  • Overview analysis of project financial results.
  • Must contribute to corporate quality policy and objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced user of all MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • 4-year degree or equivalent Program Management work experience.
  • 5-10 years manufacturing management experience.
  • Must have Aerospace Tooling experience.
  • Enovia experience preferred.
