Job description

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l’imputabilité de l’ensemble des actifs de l’usine; gérer, suivre et rendre compte des dépenses liées au budget d’investissement (CAPEX) et à la maintenance ;
  • Agir à titre de gestionnaire de projets pour les projets d’investissement de l’usine;
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs afin de déterminer les spécifications des produits, organiser l’achat d’équipements, de matériaux ou de pièces, et évaluer les produits selon les normes de qualité et les exigences établies;
  • Embaucher, encadrer et superviser les ressources affectées à la maintenance;
  • Analyser et planifier l’utilisation de la main-d’œuvre en maintenance, incluant la maintenance préventive et prédictive, les besoins en espace, les flux de travail ainsi que l’aménagement des équipements et des postes de travail afin d’optimiser l’efficacité;
  • Fournir un soutien technique aux opérations de l’usine et aux projets d’amélioration; préparer des analyses d’ingénierie incluant la conception préliminaire et détaillée, l’analyse des coûts de projet, l’analyse du coût du cycle de vie et la sélection des équipements;
  • Développer, évaluer et améliorer les systèmes de contrôle et d’automatisation de la production en s’appuyant sur des connaissances en instrumentation, contrôle, automatisation, conception de produits, matériaux, procédés chimiques et capacités des équipements;
  • Tirer parti de l’automatisation et des systèmes de contrôle afin d’assurer la constance et la standardisation des opérations de production;
  • Participer, animer et contribuer aux analyses de risques (PHA, PSSR, HAZOP) ;
  • Gérer et former le personnel de l’usine à l’utilisation et à l’application des processus d’analyse des causes fondamentales (RCA/RCFA);
  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences du programme de gestion de la sécurité des procédés (PSM), incluant les inspections et la réparation des équipements fixes.

 

Votre profil

  • Baccalauréat (idéalement en génie mécanique ou en génie chimique);
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en maintenance d’usine, en ingénierie, en ingénierie de projets ou en fabrication industrielle;
  • Être membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
  • Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et antécédents démontrés en leadership, travail d’équipe, adaptabilité, innovation et sens de l’initiative;
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec tous les niveaux de personnel au sein de l’usine et de l’entreprise;
  • Capacité démontrée à instaurer et maintenir une culture de sécurité professionnelle;
  • Connaissance approfondie de la sécurité des machines, des exigences de la CNESST et des procédures de cadenassage (LOTO – Lockout/Tagout);
  • Disponibilité sur appel : doit être joignable par téléphone cellulaire et intervenir en cas d’urgence en dehors des heures normales.

Atouts souhaités

  • Expérience en amélioration continue (TPM, Six Sigma, Lean, 5S);
  • Expérience dans les procédés continus et discontinus; une expérience en procédés batch, en procédés chimiques ou dans tout domaine connexe constitue un atout.
  • Expérience dans la mise en œuvre et le maintien d’un programme de gestion de la sécurité des procédés (PSM).
