Job description

Manage the engineering release of drawings, BOM data and engineering changes as required to support the Engineering Release Schedule and Master Production Schedule. Maintain integrity of the drawing release, drawing control, and engineering change functions. Promotes BOM integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • 2-4 years experience in engineering bill of material management, engineering change management, and drawing control in a manufacturing environment. Complex capital equipment experience is highly desired.
  • In depth knowledge of Bill of Material structure, engineering drawing release and change control processes
  • Experience with the implementation of change on engineering bills of material and effect on capital good manufacturing operations.
  • Working knowledge of principles and techniques of Production Planning and Control
  • In depth knowledge of engineering related functions of ERP (MRP) system. Experience with SAP software is highly desired.
  • Proficient with word processing, spread sheet, and database PC application software.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
