City: Culver City, CA
Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate Range:Upto $39.5/hr on W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT
Must Have:
  • AutoCAD
  • Bluebeam
  • Construction document production
  • Architectural drawing management
  • CAD layering standards
  • As-built drawing updates
  • Field verification experience
  • Construction documentation
  • Building code knowledge
  • Space planning and dimensioned drawings

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage architectural and engineering drawing libraries for studio facilities and office spaces
  • Update and maintain as-built drawings based on field verification and construction changes
  • Produce construction drawing sets for small in-house renovation and facilities projects
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, construction teams, and studio operations groups
  • Provide dimensioned plans and elevations for production, operations, and facilities teams
  • Ensure outside consultant drawings comply with internal CAD standards and layering requirements
  • Support space allocation updates and Archibus drawing integration
  • Conduct onsite field verification throughout studio facilities and nearby office locations
  • Support internal design and construction teams with drawing updates and documentation requests
  • Maintain CAD standards, templates, and drawing consistency across the portfolio

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of architectural drafting, CAD management, or construction documentation experience
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building documentation workflows
  • Ability to independently create construction documents with minimal direction
  • Experience working with facilities, corporate campuses, or large-scale properties
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in collaborative environments
  • Experience reviewing and coordinating consultant drawing packages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
