Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Raymond, OH
 
Job Summary:
Seeking a Test Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background to support product development, design
validation, and engineering analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3D CAD modeling, engineering
drawings, BOM creation, material selection, and cost analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to
deliver high-quality products on schedule. Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and continuous
improvement skills are essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support engineering activities for large-scale product development programs.
• Evaluate design feasibility and develop components using 3D CAD modeling and 2D engineering drawings.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
• Perform cost analysis, material selection, and basic engineering calculations.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Research and implement new technologies and engineering best practices.
 
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical product design and development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and engineering drawing creation.
• Knowledge of BOM management, material selection, and engineering calculations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
