Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Harness Design Engineer to join our engineering team supporting Client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing electrical wiring harnesses for heavy equipment or automotive applications using Creo. The candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, and validating harness designs while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical wiring harnesses using Creo.
  • Create and modify harness routing, schematics, and related engineering documentation.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to support product development.
  • Ensure harness designs meet quality, performance, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot design issues and support prototype builds and production activities.
  • Maintain engineering documentation and implement design changes as required.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Harness Design.
  • Hands-on experience with Creo for harness design and development.
  • Experience in wiring harness routing, connector selection, and electrical packaging.
