This role will assist the project management team with documentation, coordination, tracking, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable reading construction documents, and eager to grow within commercial construction project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Help track materials, procurement, deliveries, and project documentation.
  • Support project scheduling and coordination of trades.
  • Assist with quality control, punch list tracking, and closeout documentation.
  • Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-up items.
  • Help ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and updated throughout the project.
  • Assist superintendents and project managers with field-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial construction, construction management, engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with construction software such as Procore, ProjectSight, PlanGrid, or Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered for candidates with strong commercial construction exposure.
  • Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Stable work history and strong professional references preferred.
