Responsibilities
Responsible for leading engineering teams for MacOS, Browser, and Digital
Employee Experience for Digital Workplace.
Performs core leadership aspects to support the MacOS Operating System, DEX,
and browser.
• Strategically prioritize work for the team
• Managing vendor relationships
• Participates in current state system analysis, requirements gathering, and
documentation
• Supports configuration and implementation deployments to 100,000+
clients
• Contributes to the creation of technical design/implementation planning
• Supports requirements understanding and issue resolution
• Work with stakeholders on strategic efforts
• Operates the team in an Agile methodology
• Aligns strategy with Architecture
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of experience administering MacOS, Dex, or Browser
environments
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Intune or Jamf
• Proven history of program delivery over multiple release cycles
• Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership,
problem solving and analytical skills.
• Practical experience in effective time management, including the ability to
prioritize effectively.
• Proven collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without
authority
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management
• Knowledge of Agile Practices
