ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a Navy Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) program.


The Senior Engineer/Program Manager will provide senior-level leadership and technical oversight in support of disruptive technology initiatives and rapid capability development efforts within the Department of Defense. The selected candidate will support program planning, execution, and transition activities, ensuring alignment with Navy RDT&E priorities and strategic objectives.


The Senior Engineer/Program Manager will work closely with senior Government leadership, program stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support accelerated technology development and transition to the Fleet. The role requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, quick reaction environment.


The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of leading diverse teams while managing competing priorities in a dynamic acquisition and technology environment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to maintain a Secret level DoW clearance 

Required Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience supporting Disruptive Technologies and Quick Reaction environments within the Department of Defense
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Navy Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) programs, including budget exhibits and strategy development
  • Experience collaborating with senior Government personnel
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in support of evolving leadership priorities
  • Experience supporting accelerated technology transition to the Fleet or similar programs

Desired Experience:

  • Experience within the last ten (10) years supporting Navy RDT&E programs, including budget exhibits and strategic planning
  • Experience within the last five (5) years collaborating with senior Navy or Department of Defense personnel

Position Location:

Government office located in Arlington, VA [Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid (1 day per week of telework is authorized)]
