Job description

About the role:

As a Engineering Program Manager you will direct and support projects ranging in value from $3M to $50M in revenue. The Engineering Program manager up to 20 direct reports and is responsible for the daily output of those employees. This position is also responsible for all RCU&MP procurement contracts (Equipment and Tooling), procedures, design outputs, calculations, and project support for all RCU&MP projects.

You will report to the Manager of Reactor Component Upgrades and be located at our Waltz Mill facility, located in Madison, PA. This is an onsite position that will require 5 days per week in office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all RCU&MP procurement contracts (Equipment and Tooling)
  • Design output compliance with Westinghouse policies
  • Procedural accuracy and human performance attributes
  • Day-to-day conduct of field engineering, project engineering and design engineering support of all RCU&MP
  • Support RCU&MP Equipment Group with personnel and turnaround support on project teams
  • Provide innovative solutions to equipment issues
  • Provide "hands on" repairs of equipment
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Radiological Worker familiar with contamination avoidance techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree, mechanical engineering or other similar discipline
  • 5 years of experience as a Technician/Specialist leading and directing low to moderate complexity projects. (3 years of project engineering support and 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role may be considered)
