With offices in the vibrant cities of New York and New Orleans, we're at the heart of legal innovation.
Litify is built on the best-in-class Salesforce Platform and we're seeking to bring an experienced Solution Engineer (Law Firms) on board to be an integral part of our Go-To-Market team. This individual will be primarily supporting sales efforts in client-facing meetings, calls, and projects, and to develop and lead custom demonstrations.
About the Role
We are seeking an AI Enterprise Account Executive who is a forward-thinker in the AI space. You will be an integral part of our customer facing Sales team, engaging in high-volume efforts - from initial outreach to custom demonstrations of our AI-driven capabilities.
You won't just be selling software; you'll be articulating the ROI of autonomous agents and AI integration to stakeholders ranging from boutique firms to AmLaw 200 partners.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage the Full Customer Upsell Motion: Own a pipeline of diverse clients, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.
  • Articulate AI Adoption: Consult with clients on how Litify AI and Agentforce can automate workflows and improve business outcomes.
  • Be a Product Expert: Master the Litify platform and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit complex client needs.
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass monthly sales goals through strategic cold calling and relationship building.
  • Lead High-Level Demos: Present the Litify value proposition to C-suite executives, showcasing our unique solutions capabilities.
Requirements:
  • AI Expertise (Required): Proven experience selling or working within the AI/Machine Learning space. You should be comfortable discussing LLMs, autonomous agents, or AI-driven automation.
  • Sales Pedigree: Prior experience in outside sales with a track record of developing deep client relationships.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Communication: Dynamic oral and written skills with the "stage presence" to perform demos for C-level executives. The role will require cross functionality in that this role will require the ability to communicate across several departments effectively (product, sales, engineering, customer success, marketing).
  • The "Start-up" Spirit: Grit, a growth mindset, and the autonomy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (specifically Agentforce) is a major plus.
  • Legal Industry Exposure: Experience selling to law firms or corporate legal departments is preferred but not required.

Disclosure:
This job is fully remote, with the exception of employees living in New York City and New Jersey. Our NYC/NJ employees adhere to our hybrid schedule, which involves working in our Manhattan office 6 days a month.
The estimated base salary for this role is $125,000. You will also be offered a commission and benefits.
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
