What you will enjoy doing*
  • In this role you will be responsible for supporting plant operations through integrated reporting, analysis, systems development,and cross-functional coordination
  • You will developand manage plant-level metrics to provide visibility into performance,including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, equipment utilization,inventory trends, and resource reporting
  • You will supportcapacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis.Maintain MRP forecast processes and provide analytical support to improveplanning accuracy
  • Serveas a functional owner of reporting tools including Oracle OBI, APEX, and Blitzreports. Partner with IT to develop and sustain reporting capabilities
  • You will supportidentification, tracking, and reporting of productivity initiatives. Maintainproject metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • You will be responsible for providecost analysis, maintaining product standards, and supporting month-end close withvariance review and operational insight

What makes you great
  • You will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Further you will have five (5) years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • You will have experiencewith ERP / MRP systems
