Your role in our success will be...

This position works as a member of the construction services team to prepare and analyze capital information as well as creating capital work orders. The position will work with project team to ensure accurate data and reporting while also being the liaison with fixed asset accountants.

What you'll be working on...

  • Create capital project work orders and coordinates the change order process
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Field Coordinators to maintain cost projections and schedules, as well as to ensure the Project Review Forms are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensure project team receives project reports and creates ad-hoc analysis when needed
  • Coordinate with Project team and other stakeholders to ensure project financial data is complete
  • Gathers project financial information and data
  • Analyze project financial trends by comparing budget or forecast data against actuals and provides recommendations and guidance
  • Conduct and participate in project status and monthly capital meetings
  • Maintain project financial documentation
  • Create, review and revise forms used by the Construction Services team
  • Manage information and data within various software and databases

Who you are...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Project Management required.
  • Experience performing budgeting, forecasting and planning
  • Expertise in financial analysis, schedule analysis and budgeting methodologies
  • Demonstrate success working in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, action items and other meeting documentation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communicate effectively both written and oral
  • Good team player, Self-confident, motivated and independent
  • Experience with PowerPlan desired, but not required
  • Proficient at analyzing, budgeting and forecasting multiple projects
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, & Outlook
