Job Title: Senior UX Designer 
Location:  Alpharetta, GA, 30005/ Manhattan, NY, 10003/ Boston, MA, 02109
Duration: 12+ Months of Contract on W2

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio in designing complex digital tools and platforms.
Experience and a portfolio to share of complex user experience design challenges, such as those in wealth or investment management or other financial services, B2B, B2B2C, or any other complex client portals that include data-intensive sales tools, account opening, transactions, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will excel in translating data into intuitive, client-centric dashboards and data visualizations, collaborating with subject matter experts in wealth and investment management, and effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders.
Core Requirements:
• Proven experience and portfolio in designing complex client-facing digital tools, especially in wealth and/or investment management.
• Expertise in creating dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams within financial sectors.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience gathering design requirements and presenting design concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching and managing junior UX designers
Portfolio Requirements:
• Organized, comprehensive UX/UI portfolio.
• End-to-end UX/UI work showcasing problem statements, client journeys, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI.
• Examples of dashboards, data visualizations, and complex forms.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and testing approaches.
• Minimum of three financial tools/platforms.
UX/UI Skills:
• Apply robust design principles for optimal user experiences.
• Develop design systems and UI components.
• Create responsive UI designs with attention to detail.
• Use research and data to map user journeys and ideate features.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
• Apply accessibility guidelines and adhere to brand standards.

Software Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Figma, including variables and component libraries.
