  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high‑quality work across all formats and deadlines
  • Broad understanding or genuine interest in learning about the construction industry
  • Alignment with Juneau’s Core Values: People, Passion, Commitment, Fun

Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Brand Stewardship
  • Maintain and steward brand standards, style guides, and design systems that scale across the organization.

  • Approach all creative work with a strategic mindset, understanding how each deliverable contributes to a larger brand narrative and corporate strategy.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual assets that resonate with clients, partners, and talent.

Content Design & Production
  • Lead end-to-end design of marketing materials, including signage, event materials, digital and social media assets, corporate communications, award submissions, and branded collateral.
  • Create high‑impact proposals, interview decks, presentations, and pursuit materials that communicate complex ideas with clarity, strengthen Juneau's competitive position, and support winning new work.
  • Partner with Operations teams to create all jobsite signage and branded elements.
  • Design and develop branded templates for proposals, presentations, and reports—and train employees on how to use them to empower the broader team to produce on‑brand content efficiently.
