WEB EXPERIENCE + ANALYTICS LEAD

OBJECTIVE

The Web Experience & Analytics Lead oversees the performance, usability, and measurement of Passion's digital properties, ensuring every website experience is optimized for discoverability, engagement, and marketing impact. Rather than serving as the primary developer, this individual manages website initiatives across Webflow, WordPress, and other platforms, working with designers, marketers, and developer partners to execute high-quality digital experiences.

This role also leads web analytics, tracking infrastructure, SEO, and emerging AEO strategies, ensuring Passion's websites are measurable, discoverable, and continuously improving

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Web Analytics & Tracking Infrastructure

  • Own analytics implementation across all web properties, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
  • Design and maintain a scalable tracking framework for user behavior, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations Lead to align analytics with dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

2. Website Strategy & Platform Oversight

  • Own the ongoing development and evolution of Passion's web ecosystem across Webflow, WordPress, and alternative platforms.
  • Translate marketing and organizational goals into clear website requirements and scoped initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in user experience, brand standards, and technical quality across all web properties.
  • Lead wireframing and functional planning for new websites and landing experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve site structure, usability, and platform capabilities over time.

3. SEO & AEO

  • Lead SEO efforts across all Passion web properties to improve organic search visibility and discoverability.
  • Implement best practices for technical SEO, structured data, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Optimize web content for emerging AI-driven search experiences and answer engines.
  • Monitor search performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and search trends.

4. Website Performance & Optimization

  • Continuously analyze site performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, usability, and conversion rates across web experiences.
  • Support landing page optimization and testing for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure websites meet best practices for performance, accessibility, and mobile experience.

    • 24+ years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, SEO, or web project leadership.
    • Experience managing website projects across platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS.
    • Strong understanding of web analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
    • Experience overseeing external developers or technical vendors.
    • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and technical search optimization.
    • Familiarity with conversion optimization, testing frameworks, and performance analysis.
    • Understanding of emerging trends in AI-driven search and answer engine optimization (AEO).
    • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple web initiatives simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working between marketing, design, and technical teams.
