Job Description

Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the project. He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade
  • Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication.
  • Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and softwares.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services.
  • Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements.
  • Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops.
  • Optimise budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency
  • Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with tools like Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to EHR or ERP systems is a plus
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
