JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

We are looking for a creative Web Designer & Social Media Specialist  to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Website maintenance is also part of responsibility.


Responsibilities:

  • Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Manage and oversee social media content - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, twitter, etc.
  • Manage daily social media posts
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

- Create Email blasts, new email templates, newsletters etc.

- Update prospect data and competitive information.

- Conduct market research on our services, target market, and competitions to facilitate sales efforts.

- Maintain marketing call logs to ensure correct lead generation and high-quality assurance

- Network and build business relationships with current and potential clients

·Scheduling appointments and meeting customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers. Utilize materials and resources provided to systematically call upon all businesses in your area understanding what those businesses do and who the key players are.

·Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on daily basis.

·Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services while onsite.

·Liaising between the Company and the customers for up-to-date pricing, service, and latest product-release launches.

·Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, Social Media such as Facebook, Constant Contact Campaigns, and cold-calling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops, designs, and creates new marketing campaigns and new sales programs
  • Maintains a schedule of campaigns and appropriate themes
  • Works with outside vendors for production of marketing and sales materials
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 months of experience managing marketing projects
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
  • Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills
  • Strong mastery of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading rules
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Graphic design experience strongly preferred
  • Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. a plus
