End User Computing Engineer - AI Tools Enablement
Location : NYC

We are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with a strong focus on enterprise AI tools deployment and support across Windows and macOS environments. This role will be the primary point of contact for enabling, managing, and optimizing AI applications at the endpoint level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms
• Troubleshoot AI tool issues related to performance, compatibility, access, and endpoint configurations
• Manage application deployment using Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, Autopilot
• Perform application packaging (Win32, .pkg/.dmg) for AI and productivity tools
• Monitor and optimize endpoint performance impact of AI applications
• Automate provisioning and deployment workflows using PowerShell/Bash/Python
• Partner with AI, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant and scalable rollouts
Must Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Strong expertise in endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/Jamf)
• Experience in application packaging & deployment across Windows and macOS
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Solid understanding of endpoint performance tuning and troubleshooting for AI applications
