Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EUC (End User Computing) Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), Mobility Management, and Application Packaging. This role requires hands-on experience in modern workplace technologies, endpoint security, device lifecycle management, software deployment, and enterprise mobility solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise End User Computing (EUC) solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
  • Architect and support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) for Windows device management and software deployment.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Design and implement Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Conditional Access policies.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications using MSI, MSIX, App-V, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Administer SCCM/MECM for operating system deployment, software distribution, patch management, inventory, and endpoint compliance.
  • Manage Windows 10/11 endpoint lifecycle, including provisioning, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Hybrid Azure AD Join, and Group Policy (GPO) integration.
  • Develop PowerShell automation scripts for endpoint provisioning, software deployment, and administrative tasks.
  • Implement endpoint security controls including Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, Endpoint Protection, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and desktop engineering teams to deliver enterprise workplace solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint, mobility, application deployment, and operating system issues.
  • Create architecture documentation, technical standards, operational runbooks, and deployment procedures.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for endpoint-related issues.

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or Endpoint Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
  • Expertise in Application Packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V).
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot.
