Job description

Registered Nurse- Operating Roomย (Contract Role)
  • Location:ย Concord, New Hampshire, 03301
  • Duration:ย 13-weeks contract
  • Shift:ย 10-hr Days |ย 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours:ย 40 hours per week
  • Weekly Pay Rate:ย $2,480โ€“$2,720;ย (Negotiable based on experience)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive acute care OR experience and be comfortable assisting in a wide variety of surgical cases.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
    • Assist surgeons and the OR team during procedures in accordance with established protocols.
    • Maintain patient safety and monitor patient status throughout procedures.
    • Ensure proper documentation and EMR charting of surgical interventions.
    • Prepare OR equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgeries.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years acute care OR experience.
    • Experience in orthopedic, urology, vascular, general, and trauma cases; please specify years of experience in each specialty.
    • Active NH RN license or Compact RN license.
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
    • Preferred Certification-ย PALS
    • EMR experience preferred (Cerner experience is a plus).
