Job description

Mindful TMS is currently seeking a TMS Therapist for their Wheaton Clinic to facilitate treatment sessions for individuals who are suffering from MDD, OCD, and other mental illness. TMS is the only FDA approved non-invasive, non-systemic treatment for major depression and OCD. Therapists are responsible for administering the treatment, working alongside clients as they recover from their mental illness, and helping to track the clients progress. Mindful TMS is seeking an individual who will be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

· Providing educational consultations to interested patients.

· Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients.

· Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.

· Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA.

· Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

· Assist clerical support staff in providing needed documentation for insurance preauthorization and/or reimbursement.

· Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

· Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the field of psychology, neurobiology, social work, Pre-med, or related major

· Excellent oral communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Billing software knowledge

· Insurance knowledge

· Clinical Interviewing
