One Behavioral is currently seeking a full-time TMS/Spravato Coordinator to support a rapidly growing practice in the Greater Houston area. We provide comprehensive behavioral health care that includes psychopharmacological interventions, therapy, telehealth, TMS, Spravato, and assessment services across multiple clinic locations.

Job Overview:

The TMS/Spravato Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the TMS and Spravato treatment programs. The coordinator will work closely with patients, clinical staff, providers, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the treatment process.

The coordinator will assist with patient scheduling, treatment coordination, appointment reminders, documentation, and communication with patients regarding TMS and Spravato services. This position will also involve supporting clinic workflows, maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that treatment-related administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus; however, we are also open to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the organization.

This position requires travel between multiple Houston-area clinic locations, including FW, MC, SL, and PL.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare, psychology, social work, or a related field is a plus
  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Must be dependable, professional, and patient-focused
  • Must be willing to travel between One Behavioral clinic locations
  • Must have a valid driver's license

The job requires the following skills:

  • Coordinate and support TMS and Spravato treatment services and related patient workflows
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment schedules, and program procedures
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, counselors, and administrative staff to ensure an excellent patient experience
  • Maintain composure in environments of elevated stress and handle unexpected situations in a professional and calm manner
  • Demonstrate knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, behavioral health services and treatments
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EHR
  • Manage scheduling, reminder calls, patient follow-ups, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to travel between FW, MC, SL, and PL clinic locations as needed
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Energetic, dependable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a behavioral health organization
