Job Description

The Employer Branding & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategies that position Stow Manufacturing as an employer of choice. This role supports the organization's recruitment, retention, and employee engagement efforts through employer branding, recruitment marketing, community partnerships, and internal communications.
Working closely with the Human Resources team and business leaders, this position will create and promote initiatives that strengthen Stow's employment brand, attract qualified talent, enhance the employee experience, and support the company's continued growth.


Employer Branding
•    Develop and maintain a consistent employer brand across all recruitment and communication platforms.
•    Create engaging content highlighting Stow's culture, employees, career opportunities, benefits, and community involvement.
•    Manage and update recruitment marketing materials and career-related content.
•    Coordinate employee testimonials, photography, and video content for recruiting campaigns.
•    Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Recruitment Marketing
•    Develop and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
•    Create and publish employment advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
•    Coordinate recruitment advertising, including billboards, radio, print, and online campaigns.
•    Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and hiring outcomes.
•    Support Talent Acquisition with hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
Community Relations & Workforce Development
•    Build and maintain partnerships with local colleges, technical schools, workforce development organizations, and community partners.
•    Coordinate internship, apprenticeship, and co-op programs.
•    Represent Stow Manufacturing at career fairs, hiring events, school presentations, and community outreach activities.
•    Develop long-term talent pipelines through educational and community partnerships.
Employee Engagement
•    Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation programs.
•    Assist with onboarding communications and new hire engagement initiatives.
•    Develop internal communications, newsletters, and employee announcements.
•    Promote employee referral programs and engagement activities.
•    Support company culture initiatives and special events.
Marketing Support
•    Assist with corporate marketing initiatives as needed.
•    Design recruiting brochures, presentations, flyers, signage, and promotional materials.
•    Coordinate branded merchandise and recruitment giveaways.
•    Support photography and video production for marketing and recruitment efforts.
Reporting & Analytics
•    Monitor and report on recruitment marketing effectiveness, including:
o    Applicant sources
o    Social media engagement
o    Career fair participation and return on investment
o    Website and careers page traffic
o    Employee referral activity
o    Recruitment campaign performance
•    Prepare monthly reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
 

Qualifications

Education
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
•    Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications, employer branding, recruiting, or a related field.
•    Experience managing business social media platforms preferred.
•    Experience coordinating events or community outreach initiatives preferred.
