Job description

Prudent Publishing Company, Inc., established in 1929 and a leading publisher of premium quality greeting cards known as The Gallery Collectionยฎ, has the following long term seasonal opportunity at our manufacturing facility in Landing, NJ as part of our Production Team.


SALARY: $20/hour

Job Purpose: Set up and operate a single person printing press machine to produce customized greeting card orders while achieving acceptable production and quality levels.

Responsibilities:

โ—‹ Follow established procedures for printing our products

โ—‹ Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding production goals

โ—‹ Adhere to safety procedures while operating printing press

โ—‹ Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

โ—‹ No Experience Necessary - Paid Training

โ—‹ Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand and eye coordination is a must

โ—‹ Ability to stand for long periods of time

โ—‹ Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds

โ—‹ Willingness to work overtime hours including weekends essential

Shift Schedule:

(June โ€“ September) Monday โ€“ Thursday | 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM

(October โ€“ December) Monday โ€“ Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
