Employee wellness refers to programs, initiatives, and activities implemented by organizations to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their employees. These can include health screenings, fitness programs, stress management workshops, mental health resources, and healthy workplace policies. Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and strong communication abilities help foster engagement and build rapport with employees. These skills and qualifications are essential for designing effective wellness initiatives and driving positive health outcomes within organizations.
