Position Summary:
The HR Manager, Employee Experience leads the team responsible for how employees experience St. Luke's from onboarding through career growth to offboarding. This role directs the HR Business Partner function, Leadership Coach, and HR Coordinator, ensuring that people strategy is executed consistently while building the coaching, development, and engagement infrastructure that ensures St. Luke's is competitive as an employer of choice. The HR Manager translates organizational priorities into practical, front-line HR support and serves as a key partner to operational leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and leadership capability.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required, with the major field of concentration in business, psychology, sociology or human resources management,
Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HR business partnership; healthcare or another regulated, complex industry strongly preferred. Previous people management experience. Demonstrated experience leading through organizational change, restructuring, or workforce transitions. Experience with employee engagement survey methodology and action planning.
