Job description

Showroom Experience Assistant (Part-Time) - San Antonio, TX

As a Showroom Experience Assistant at Brilliant Earth, you will play a key role in creating an elevated, seamless experience for every guest who visits our showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a polished, organized and welcoming space. You'll work closely to support our showroom leadership and sales consultants to ensure every customer experience reflects our joyful, luxury brand. 

The ideal candidate will be able to work a part-time schedule that includes weekend days. This role is in-person based out of our San Antonio, TX Showroom.

The targeted budget for this position is $18 per hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.

Key Responsibilities: 

Hospitality & Client Experience  

  • Assist with in-showroom beverage service, including preparing and serving coffee, water, and champagne, as well as clearing and cleaning dishes and glasses.  
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, creating a memorable and welcoming environment.  
  • Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an available sales representative, or scheduling a return visit.  
  • Support showroom events and special appointments, including set up and clean up. 
  • Gracefully enforce policies within the showroom to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and security of goods.  

Visual Presentation & Showroom Operations 

  • Maintain luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including cleaning display cases and proactively restocking supplies and tools. 
  • Manage ordering and inventory of supplies and tools for showroom presentation standards and hospitality processes.  
  • Uphold visual merchandising guidelines, including:  
  • Ensuring jewelry displays follow the approved planogram and are properly replenished. 
  • Executing new product merchandising guidelines.   
  • Assist with back-of-house tasks to support daily showroom operations, including:  
  • Preparing and packaging customer products for pick-ups, and organizing products after drop-off for repairs or re-sizing.  
  • Maintaining an organized packaging area.
